Explore Charleston! Get into town earlier in the weekend, and join other Young Professionals for an optional dinner on Saturday night. On Sunday morning, take part in a walking food tour at 10 a.m. ($65/person). This 2½ hour Charleston Food Tour will immerse you in the history and culture of the Lowcountry. You will discover how their unique cuisine has evolved over the past 300+ years while sampling delicious specialties from local eateries, markets, bakeries, restaurants, and culinary landmarks.

Get to Charleston
When you book airfare, fly into Charleston International Airport (CHS), which is 20 minutes from the Francis Marion. Take an Uber and Lyft to get to the historic district or take a registered taxicab from the airport. Driving in? Valet parking is available at a $22 per day (automatically charged to your room bill) and self-parking is available in the City Garage located next door to the Hotel for $17 per day (payable to the garage attendant by MasterCard, Visa, or cash). Registration is $495/person and includes 8 hours of CE credit (in states where applicable), dinner Sunday evening and breakfast and lunch on Monday. Dinner Monday evening will be on your own but reservations will be made at area restaurants for those who would like to dine together. Excursions on Sunday morning are an additional cost.
