Annual Conference Exhibitors



Take advantage of a total of 8 hours of face-time with funeral home decision-makers including 5 hours of dedicated interaction in the Solution Room at OGR’s 2019 Annual Conference. Set in charming historic Williamsburg, Virginia, get the most out of your exhibitor registration by: engaging attendees in conversations about how your company can solve challenges; opting to present a 15-minute Demo Session; sponsor an event; and participating in social events that encourage building relationships.

This year OGR is throwing a completely different opening party - forget the traditional reception in the exhibit hall. This year, you’ll join funeral directors and other exhibitors at the Tavern & Tap party – we’ll start with beer and wine at the Rockefeller Complex, a historic home with lots of character and then walk through Colonial Williamsburg to Shields Tavern for dinner; you won’t have to be tied to an exhibit table the first night, and the cost of dinner is included with registration. The following morning, you’re invited to attend the Prayer Breakfast and Service of Remembrance. Please take advantage of these opportunities to strengthen existing friendships and to create new ones.  Remember, you have access to 95+% decision makers when you attend OGR’s conferences, so these events will be a great time to get to know them.

Exhibitors may choose one of the following:

One (1)  draped 6’ tabletop - $799 (non-member- $999)
One 10’ x 3’ space with 6’ draped table - $999 (non-member- $1199)

All exhibitor registrations include:
Access to all non-members-only educational sessions, the Welcome Party: Tavern and Tap (Friday), seated tables for consultations with attendees in the Solution Center (Saturday), Solution Center beverages and buffet lunch (Saturday), and the plated Prayer Breakfast and Service of Remembrance (Saturday). Tickets may be purchased for the Celebratory Luncheon (Friday) and Dinner at the Regency closing dinner (Saturday).

Exhibitor’s Profile for the Conference Directory and App
The Exhibitor and Sponsorship Contract asks each exhibiting company to provide OGR with a
descriptive profile detailing the product, service, or history of the company for inclusion in the on-site Conference Directory and OGR Conference App. The description should be 60 words or less and be submitted by April 1, 2019, to Mark Allen at [email protected] OGR reserves the right to edit all copy to comply with editorial guidelines and length specifications.
