THE INTERNATIONAL ORDER OF THE GOLDEN RULE LAUNCHES DEMONSTRATION & EDUCATION STATIONS AT THE 2016 ANNUAL CONFERENCE

February 5, 2016– Austin, TX – At this year’s Annual Conference & Supplier Showcase, April 27-30 on Las Vegas, Nev., The International Order of the Golden Rule (OGR) will introduce product & service demonstration stations and mini-education sessions for the first time ever on the showcase floor.

The new Demonstration Stations will feature 15-minute performances of the best and brightest in funeral service innovation, products, and services. Once attendees have experienced the “hands-on” approach, they will have the opportunity to get up close and personal with some of the most forward thinking minds in funeral service at any of four mini-education sessions.  Topics include: adding new revenue streams, successfully motivating staff, communicating the value of memorialization, and more. In no time at all, these sessions will give attendees extra tools to improve their businesses.

“Suppliers have an incredible wealth of tools that will help funeral professionals provide better and more progressive value to the families they serve,” said Mark Allen, OGR Executive Director and CEO. He added, “OGR will facilitate a exchange of information between attendees and suppliers designed to enhance funeral homes’ financial and customer service performance.”
