The price to stay in the OGR room block at PROGRESS ranges from $229 to $259 per night, plus taxes and fees, depending on type of room. Room block is valid for check-in and check-out dates of May 3 through May 8. The last day to book in the block is April 12, but attendees are recommended to book their room as soon as possible, as the block fills up quickly.

You may be contacted by outside companies attempting to sell you exhibitor services, lead retrieval, hotel reservations, attendee lists or more for the OGR Conference. Please be assured that we never sell our attendee’s or exhibitor's contact information – in fact, we follow strict data privacy regulations. These 3rd party companies will present themselves as conference partners, sometimes even using the OGR logo. OGR nor our conference hotel partner hotel will ever call you to make a hotel reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Full refunds will be given for cancellations received in writing to [email protected] no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern time April 6, 2026. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations received in writing to [email protected] by 5:00 p.m. Eastern time on April 13, 2026. No refunds will be granted for requests after that date. Tours, foundation donations, and other additional purchases beyond registration fees are non-refundable. 

If you opt to be invoiced for your conference registration rather than pay immediately online, please note that full payment must be received to the OGR office no later than 30 days from the date of registration. Unpaid registrations will be required to provide valid payment onsite at the conference registration desk before entering conference spaces. Please note that the cancellation policy mentioned above still applies even if you opt to be invoiced.
