These tri-fold brochures contain general information about funeral-related topics and are available for purchase to all OGR members. They specifically help Family Contact Program participants respond to families who request more information through the Family Contact survey on: Grief Services & Support Groups, Planning Funerals in Advance, Helping Children Cope with Grief, Financing Funerals in Advance, Pet Memorialization and Green Funerals. Members have the option to include their logo or funeral home name on the cover of the brochures with their website url free of charge. The tri-fold brochures are easy to hand out or use as follow-up materials. They are made from high-quality, double-sided glossy paper, which give them a professional look and feel.

Why should I purchase the Funeral Care Brochures? An educated public makes better funeral service decisions. OGR’s new Funeral Care Brochures make it easy to tell families that today’s funeral service options deliver tangible value. These tri-fold brochures are professionally made by OGR and will give your funeral home the opportunity to:

  • Showcase your commitment to customer service by providing useful information
  • Strengthen your connection to families by offering them information they need/want

How it works:

The Funeral Care Brochures contain general information about the following funeral-related topics: Grief Services & Support Groups, Planning Funerals in Advance, Helping Children Cope with Grief, Financing Funerals in Advance, Pet Memorialization and Green Funerals. OGR members are able to order different combinations of 30, 60, 90 or 120 tri-fold brochures. Members also have the opportunity to personalize their order by including their funeral home logo or funeral home name on the cover of the brochures with their website url free of charge. Shipping is included in the pricing.  

How many brochures can I order? As an OGR member, you can order the following combinations and amounts for the following fees:

• 30 bundle for $39 (Order the following combinations: 30 of 1 brochure, 15 each of 2 different brochures or 10 each of 3 different brochures)
• 60 bundle for $72 (Order the following combinations: 60 of 1 brochure, 30 each of 2 different brochures, 20 each of 3 different brochures, 15 each of 4 different brochures, 12 each of 5 different brochures or 10  each of all 6 brochures)
• 90 bundle for $99 (Order the following combinations: 90 of 1 brochure, 45 each of 2 different brochures, 30 each of 3 different brochures, 18 each of 5 different brochures or 15 each of all 6 brochures)
• 120 bundle for $120 (Order the following combinations: 120 of 1 brochure, 60 each of 2 different brochures, 40 each of 3 different brochures, 30 each of 4 different brochures, 24 each of 5 different brochures or 20 each of all 6 brochures)


Can my logo be placed on the cover of the brochures for free? Yes! We’re more than happy to place your logo on the cover of each brochure as long as it’s saved as a PNG (preferred) or JPEG file. If you decide you’d like your logo recreated or updated, OGR’s Graphic Design services will be able to help you with that for a small fee.

How do I place an order? Just CLICK HERE and fill out an online order form. You will need to enter your contact information and credit card info to complete your order. Where can I buy a brochure display/holder to showcase the brochures in my funeral home? You can buy tri-fold brochure holders online off websites such as Amazon.  Funeral Care Brochure Mailing Service

Exclusively for Family Contact Program Participants.

OGR will send out the Funeral Care Brochures on behalf of your funeral home whenever you receive a request for more information on a returned Family Contact survey. The requested information will be sent to families that indicated on the Family Contact survey (in reference to question 11) that they want more information on the following funeral-related topics: Grief Services & Support Groups, Planning Funerals in Advance, Helping Children Cope with Grief, Financing Funerals in Advance, Pet Memorialization and Green Funerals. If you would like your funeral home’s logo included on the cover of the brochures with your website url at no extra charge, please be sure to upload your logo when completing your online order form.

How does the brochure mailing service work? The Funeral Care Brochure mailing service consists of 3 different mailing service packages that contain different brochure amounts for you to choose from. The brochure amounts are included in the pricing. Each month the requested tri-fold brochures along with a letter from OGR will be sent to respondents that indicated on the Family Contact survey (in reference to question 11) that they want more information on certain funeral service topics. Each time a funeral care brochure is sent on the behalf of your funeral home that amount will be deducted from the mailing service amount purchased by your funeral home until the purchased amount of the brochures has been used. When you purchase a mailing service package, OGR will: 

  1. Monitor your funeral home's Family Contact surveys for requests for more information from families
  2. Imprint your funeral home logo or information with your web URL on the cover of each brochure
  3. Send a brochure or brochures on the requested topics to the family along with a letter on behalf of your funeral home
  4. Inform you each month how many brochures were mailed out and the amount of brochures you have left in your mailing service package.

• 100 Brochure Mailing Service Package $150

 

What's included in the price for the Brochure Mailing Service packages? 

  • The number of brochures listed for each package (50, 75 or 100)
  • Letter to family who requested the brochure(s)
  • Postage, printing and labor

How will I know how many brochures were sent out on my funeral home's behalf each month?  An update will be included in your Family Contact monthly report notification of any Funeral Care Brochures that were mailed on your behalf for that month (e.g., OGR sent 5 Funeral Care Brochures on your behalf during the month of October. You now have 45 out of 50 brochures left in your Funeral Care Brochure mailing service package).

After I enroll, when will you begin sending out the Funeral Care Brochures on my funeral home’s behalf? 
OGR will begin sending Funeral Care Brochures to families who request them on behalf of your funeral home after the 15th of each month.

You can direct families to the Public Resources section of the OGR website where information is available on the following topics that are mentioned on the Family Contact Survey: Grief Services & Support Groups, Planning Funerals in Advance, Helping Children Cope with Grief, Financing Funerals in Advance, Pet Memorialization and Green Funerals.
