Hi! I’m Raffy Jose from the Philippines. I was a board member from 2018-2021. I witnessed first hand how important the work of the professional development committee was to our members. As we return to face to face meetings this year we look forward to learning about new and innovative tools to help improve our business after the pandemic. This is the important role of the members of the OGR-PDC. 

I wish to invite our young progressive movers and shakers to help us find the best mentors for the life of our business.

The Professional Development Committee is currently on the search for members who can help select and secure valuable content and speakers for the association. As a committee member, one would have the honor of contributing to OGR’s professional development plans, education and networking opportunities, speaker selection and programming efforts in support of OGR’s Director of Education and Events. 

Committee members are integral to providing opportunities for members and prospective members, and supporting the professional development plans of the association throughout the year. 

For those interested in joining the committee, the time commitment would only be minimal, with 5-6 virtual meetings a year, totaling around 8 hours a year.
